Here Jared is in real cuffs. This is how sin is when it has you. Then it is hard to get out of it.
And in this case my other brother who owns the cuffs leaves the key at work so my dad is going to take him to get the cuffs off:) But this is a very good lesson for all of us.

Oh dear Jared, poor thing. But you are right, that is the way sin is - very easy to get into, but to get out? Much harder...and just as Jared needed your dad to get him out of the cuffs, we need the Lord to get us out of sin. Thanks for sharing Havi!!!

ReplyDeleteAnd what a wonderful parallel to sin in our lives and the need that we have for the Lord to remove it from us. It is only through Him that we can be forgiven and be able to conquer the sin in our lives. Thank you for sharing!
