We got a new member in the family!!! ;)
Myrtle the Turtle. He or she is so cute.
On Mothers day we had a lot of fun with my grandmother and great grandmother which is 96 going on 97.
My family is so blessed to have a mother like my mother. She is the best.
Today we went strawberry picking. We had such a good time ( we did not have the camera).
We also made jam . This is the jam waiting for the 24 hours to slip by.

Afterwards, Mother and I had a little break -- ice cream with a little of the leftover jam.I hope you enjoyed a little peek into my weekend.

What a fun post, Haviland! I enjoyed seeing all of the photos and reading about what filled your week. It looks like a lot of fun times! And the jam that you made looks simply delicious. It must have been fun canning together with your mother. Our strawberries are slowly ripening and as soon as they are ready, I plan to can some with them. Too bad you don't live closer as then you could come over and help! :)
